🆕 New to Brave Mind Therapy? Book a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit, or go right ahead and book a NEW client session. Please note: all sessions must be scheduled for the individual who will attend the appointment. If you are scheduling a session for your child, please make the appointment under their name. All clients age 14 and up MUST have their own portal - clients signing in under a parent/guardian account won’t be able to respond to our intake survey confidentially. Parents/guardians can book a consultation “for parents,” located at the bottom at the counselling services.

Clinical Counselling
Using a (primarily) Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy approach, I help young people pull their proverbial tires out of the mud by making small changes to their automatic thoughts and behaviours. I also help them develop coping skills and build resilience to manage life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, culturally informed, and person-centered. I strive to create a strong relationship built on trust, safety, and unconditional positive regard.
